About African culture: They are having lots and lots of open sexual relations. Some people even think that having sex with a virgin can cure their HIV. So they keep having more and more sexual relationships.
The only country in Africa to substantially reduce their AIDS epidemic was Uganda. The Chief officer’s wife spread the ABC message. She said Abstinence, Be faithful, (those being stressed as most important) and finally at the end of the list use a Condom.
