Also, although not mentioned in the article, this is especially important when trying to connect with todays youth. Modern communication methods like Twitter are not only a means to &quot;being found&quot; as a government service (by people who have HIV), but also a valuable tool to pro-actively instruct young people about the facts and dangers of unprotected sex.
