if you are infected condomise or upstain en you are affected have one partner ,condomised or upstain.
and to those who are not faithfully to their partners they must condomise,and those who do not know their status they must get tested we got clinic,hospital are free of charge it does not take long only 1 hour .i wish we can start2010 with new minds of taking care of each other by fighting the disease.

i like to tell those who are infected they must stay positive ,belive in themselves taking care of their life. eating good food like veg, fruits,white meat and use cinnamon powder withhoney it helps for immune system for the viral load i read that in internet. so much people they are living with but they say their health is good.drinking lot of water and exciser almost everyday.iknow some people are poor but it does’nt mean that they can plant spinach,cucumber,cabbige en lot more .people are to lazy now its summer time.lets work together we can beat hiv and aids to save our life.
