Engage with high profile members of the black community with social media.  You have to combine the hiv/aids outreach with genuine concern of other issues.
In the blog you hit on a great point that is sometimes overlooked.  You have to integrate instead of dominate.  You have to engage the whole person not just the targeted portion  in this case hiv/aids.
