Yes there is HIV/AIDS spreading in America rapidly especially in African -American Communities. Which I think is a big issue. Why should HIV/AIDS spread and continue to remain in the Afro-American Communities only?. It should be eradicated first from America and then fron other countries of the world in a phased manner. Therefore forming PACHA for Helping HHS secretary and the President in this matter is a bit leap towards its eradication. Thanks to the good initiaves.
