In order bring people to an understanding of HIV/AIDS epicdemic among rural communties. We need to use more public advertising through the communities, such as;banners on streets saying get tested,tv monitors in supermarkets,bus,train airports advised people of risky behaviors. Prevention is investment. This would balance HIV/AIDS funding.
