		<description><![CDATA[I thank you for the NHAS release and launch and that Sec. Sebelius mentioned the critical discovery advances in vaccine research at NIH. On the treatment side of research, investigators have brought us to the point where a true HIV cure is possible with a dedicated investigative agenda. The Strategy does not include that effort in its scope. With endorsement from HHS, direction from NIH and private partnerships, advances of equal weight as we see in critical vaccine work could be true also for a cure that allows infected individuals to be free of lifetime dependence on expensive drugs.
