		<description><![CDATA[In order to control the HIV epidemic Routine HIV screening MUST be practiced by all Emercency Departments, Pediatricians, OBGYN&#039;S and Primary Care Physicians. We must therefore mandate that all insurance companies provide adequate reimbursement for HIV as a preventative screen. Routine screening will also destigmatise HIV, and allow more people to get tested, and stay in care that we may decrease the transmission rate.]]></description>
