		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m glad to see you put cyber-bullying in Theme 4 of your useful post.  The suicide numbers are astounding, recently.  Bullying and Cyber-bullying is in epidemic proportions.  Schools are NOT protecting our children.

Bully.us is a great site to report bullies confidentially, and they put these schools on notice.  Administrators always claim ignorance for fear of huge lawsuits.
