		<description><![CDATA[I think that it is really smart for all of these AIDS organizations to be utilizing Facebook and Twitter to reach people who are infected with HIV/AIDS and those at risk of infection.  For most young people, they have concerns about being seen entering or leaving clinics and locations that provide information in a face-to-face atmosphere.  Allowing these people to access the information via the internet has a greater chance of getting the message out to a wider audience.
