They include Harm Reduction Coalition which works nationally and also does training locally. iLove – An Online Peer Education Project (for LEAP Alumnae) is part of Love Heals. The LEAP program focuses on neighborhoods in Harlem, the South Bronx and Central Brooklyn that have felt the greatest impact from the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
