		<description><![CDATA[What I&#039;m not hearing or reading a lot about is the inclusion of smaller communities and rural areas.  While admittedly HIV is more prevelant in metropolitian cities, it is still very prevelant in smaller and rural areas.  It is vital that these areas be targeted with prevention funding as well.  Most of these areas are one stop facilities where clients receive multiple services and more intensive outreach, prevention activities and care and treatment are vital to combating HIV/AIDS.
