		<description><![CDATA[So... It&#039;s important that a small cosmetology school be made an example in combating HIV stigma, but the American Red Cross gets a free pass?  Their stigmatizing and marginalizing of MSM probably works against their own goals of increasing blood donations, and against public health goals of early identification and anti-stigmatization of HIV.  I know &quot;sexual orientation&quot; isn&#039;t a protected category under ADA or any anti-discrimination laws, and that HIV+ blood should never be allowed into the system, but it&#039;s not wrong to recognize the link between marginalizing MSM &amp; HIV and keep trying to work against it.  Anyone can get HIV, and any healthy person should be allowed to give blood.
