What presentation are you most interested in seeing? There is a lot of &#039;buzz&#039; around what Sangamo has to say about their &quot;functional cure&quot; (phase 1 trial data). As I&#039;m sure you know, they have some very interesting gene-modifying technology. They could be the major story of this year&#039;s CROI.
They are presenting 2 talks titled:
Monday @ 10:00am: Successful and Persistent Engraftment of ZFN-M-R5-D Autologous CD4 T Cells (SB-728-T) in Aviremic HIV-infected Subjects on HAART.
and
Wednesday between 4pm-6pm: Disruption of CCR5 in Zinc Finger Nuclease-treated CD4 T Cells: Phase I Trials
