"PEPFAR directly supported HIV counseling and testing for nearly 8.4 million pregnant women"
Is this testing and counseling free of charge to these women? If not, what is PEPFAR doing to make this affordable to women who are too sick to provide a source of income or food for their families?
I applaud PEPFAR in their initiative to reduce the transmission of HIV mother to child.
