		<description><![CDATA[I wonder could alliances be formed with AA and NA, Meth-A and the like? It could be as simple as an announcement at the end of meetings or posters next to the 12 &amp; 12. Those orgs can be defensive or protective about their sole purpose, but they can&#039;t deny the need or the stats. Speaking of the cited stats, I think it is more like 50% of HIV cts have co-occurring MH/SA issues, rather than 13%. Most of the cts I&#039;ve interviewed contracted under the influence. It is estimated that 3:5 gay men are SA/CD. A previous post of yours speculated that 1:5 urban gay men are + and 1/3 of those don&#039;t know. Just pondering...
