		<description><![CDATA[While I totally agree with prevention efforts we are ignoring the smaller communities that aren&#039;t on the 12 city list.  I live and work in Fresno CA, there is no prevention dollars for an area with close to 1,000,000 people.  It simply doesn&#039;t make sense to me. 

If we continue to only fund bigger metro areas we will again see HIV/AIDS at epidemic proportions and we will be back to burying friends, family etc once a week.]]></description>
