I live and work in Fresno CA, there is no prevention dollars for an area with close to 1,000,000 people. It simply doesn’t make sense to me.

If we continue to only fund bigger metro areas we will again see HIV/AIDS at epidemic proportions and we will be back to burying friends, family etc once a week.
