I understand the HIPAA(Health Information Protection Act of America) policy and all, but I do not think it should be illegal to expose a person if they are HIV positive or have full-blown AIDS. This information should be eligible and HIV/AIDS testing should be mandatory annually, as some people are promiscuous and do not protect themselves, bother to get tested, or notify their partner they tested positive. Thank the Lord I am negative and have been for 31 years, but there are people out here that just don't care. They feel their lives are over with, so everybody deserves to die. I disagree. Just needed to vent that little bit of food for thought. Thanks
