		<description><![CDATA[That is an achievable goal and with commitment by all elimination of pediatrics HIV is feasible. However, one is worried on the outcome in resource poor countries where breastfeeding by HIV positive mothers is still been encouraged. I think that global efforts should be focused more than ever now in eliminating poverty. Poverty is a major threat to achieving the said goal in 2015. Most of the countries in the HIV prone zones of the world are unequal societies. Come down to southern Africa and see the trend of inequalities for yourself. We cannot continue this way if global success is anticipated over the next four years.]]></description>
