PLWHA are the main people that will be affected be the changes, take away the people that are trying to save their jobs. Put people on the panel that are on the front line and grassroot and mrach to a different drummer, PLWHA. The plan should be to save lifes not jobs, work for a cure not for more gov funded programs that are very top heavy, I will say it one more time TOP HEAVY…
