PLWHA have been used for over 30 years now, and the programs that are TOP HEAVY should take salary cuts to protect the PLWHA in hig risk communities.Ther is a great need for PLWHA to be at the table, the PLWHA that are not paid high salaries to make not change just to take ideas that they can not come up with on their own. &quot;A person that AIDS Lives with daily&quot;.]]></description>

PLWHA are the main people that will be affected be the changes, take away the people that are trying to save their jobs.
