		<description><![CDATA[I love being a HOPWA provider. My clients are some of the strongest, most courageous folks I&#039;ll ever meet and housing them is just the right thing to do. It would be even better if it paid a living wage. Having to be concerned about preserving shelter does create empathy, not that I lack it, but the struggle takes intellectual and emotional resources I could be using for clients. Attracting and retaining the best is part of best-practices, plain, good, ethical client service. Retain me, please and increase salaries to a living wage.
