		<description><![CDATA[Primary Care Medicaid rates increased on 1/1/2013.  The rates are now in line with Medicare rates.  In many states this is a huge increase.  Other Medicaid providers rates are expected to increase, attracting more providers.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I applaud the admins effort to help ALL who need it; however, there seem to be few direct provision w/in those bills addressing &quot;dental coverage&quot;, which is as important as straight medical, which OFTEN limits &quot;standard&quot; options when purchasing health care coverage. Is there any move afoot to expand the &quot;dental&quot; side of the current or pending legislation?]]></description>
