This is a great article! Thanks for highlighting the HIV/AIDS work that's being done at HBCUs.

We wanted to tell you about the work we've been doing. The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) has launched a multimedia campaign called Me @ 30 at Howard University and Bennett College.

Since last year marked the 30th anniversary of the discovery of HIV and AIDS, the Me @ 30 campaign uses age 30 as a destination, a milestone, and a point of reflection to encourage college students to think about what decisions they need to make now in order to reach age 30 and do so as healthy, happy, and successful adults. The campaign highlights an array of topics from personal finance to career goals, and sexual health to healthy relationships.

The campaign is student-driven by the Me @ 30 Action Network. We utilize campus programming, social media, video, and other media elements to increase awareness. The students even did their own Stuff that College Students Say About Sex Video: http://youtu.be/UYU3VZiAC6M.

You can find more information about us at http://www.facebook.com/MeAtThirty or http://www.twitter.com/MeAtThirty.

We encourage everyone to join and support the movement of black college students making positive decisions and choices.
