		<description><![CDATA[I agree that expanded screening efforts are needed to diagnose and refer to care people with hepatitis C. However,it is imperative that Hep C treatment is an entitlememnt program, many homeless clients have financial barriers that hinder follow up. 
Sceening without treatment is not a panacea. Consideration should be considered to dealy this campaingn until the newer, oral, better tolerated medication is availalbe.]]></description>

I support this regulation and know from a complex inter government &amp; Hosp wide to Micro Levels including Direct Practice in SW and Personnel/LR etc.   This is needed.   Also, I am a &quot;baby Boomer&quot; .
