		<description><![CDATA[Outside all the politics this is a positive move forward however we need to set some oversight. All mobile applications that will be designed and developed must be done so in the USA. No outsourcing to other countries for these jobs belong in the USA. As soon as this information hit the streets countries like China, Russia, India and the Philippines started getting excited. Most importantly let’s not let other countries build programing code that will touch our government systems. If these are built outside the USA we could have issues with security. Overall before any RFP is released President Obama must direct this initiative towards creating jobs and opportunities in the USA.]]></description>
