We need today what we had yesterday when those who are infected and survive took trainings in Outreach and our gold was to target the Gay Coummunity and was very successful in the maintainance in keeping many educated and get them into care. Today we have little to no Peer Outreach on the streets and in the neighborhoods due to cuts in funding to CBOs(Community Base Organizations). One will listen quickly to a Peer than their own mother. This is something to think about on a serious note.
