My daughter died in 2007 from Aids. A year ago my family started the Dotes Foundation here in Birmingham,AL. I wanted to do this because I found it very disturbing that the talk about HIV/AIDS in the black community is almost non-existence.
We are using the theme “STOP THE SILENCE” I am finding it very hard to get people to talk about it. Our goal is to Educate, Promote Testing, And support other Aids organizations in my community. What are some of the things that the Dotes Organization can do.
