It seems these programs are biased against this working poor who have to pay taxes, making them intelligible and vulnerable to homelessness. Studies show that people who own their own home have better health outcomes and actually live longer. We need to create systems that help create stability.

Stability leads to better medication adherence. Better medication adherence is less likely to create transmit able mutations.
