Are these stats real? I thought that there were less women than this and never thought that parents were so happy about their children playing games.

Those game player statistics are impressive, yet I believe them. Today both kids and adults play games equally. They have become a staple of our lives. Games are also very educational, and can be used to spread awareness about topics such as AIDS/HIV.
