Webinars can be educational and engagement tools for the HIV community.
If you host a webinar, you can reach and engage your target audiences on key policy and program issues. As a webinar participant, you can get in-depth information on HIV-related topics and take advantage of continuing education opportunities.
Whether you want to host or participate, AIDS.gov’s Webinars page can help you. This page provides information on free webinars of interest to people living with HIV/AIDS and those who care for or serve them. We also offer resources for scheduling and planning your own event, and a way for you to suggest that AIDS.gov add an event to the page.
FYI—next week, HRSA’s National Center for Innovation in HIV Care will be hosting a webinar, Engagement as Prevention: The HIV Care Continuum in Action , which will focus on the ways in which the HIV care continuum has shaped the way we look at HIV service delivery and affected policy (for more information). The event will take place on Wednesday, December 10, at 1:00 p.m. (EST). You can register for the one-hour session here .
Let us know how you are using webinars to engage with others or educate yourself.
